Feb 15, 1933: The decision on the Fujian and Jiangxi Provincial Committee

To promote the "leftist" policy and object to the correct position represented by Mao Zedong, the Soviet Central Bureau made the "Decision on Fujian and the Jiangxi Provincial Committee", accusing the Fujian provincial committee of "forming the opportunist line headed by Luo Ming" and announcing plans to immediately revoke the duties of Luo Ming as deputy provincial party secretary and provincial agent in Shanghang, Yongding and Longyan. The Interim Central Committee immediately carried out the struggle against the so-called "Luo Ming line" in Fujian.

Feb 15, 1953: Mutual cooperation on agricultural production

The formal adoption of the "resolution" by the Central Committee promoted the development of an agricultural mutual cooperative movement, and various regions throughout the country tried to form primary agricultural production cooperatives with a semi-socialist nature. On Feb 15, 1993, the State Council issued a "notice to speed up the reform of the grain distribution system". The Council outlines plans to actively and steadily liberalize prices and business under the national macro-control system, enhance the vitality of food companies, reduce the state's financial burden, and further advance the direction of food commercialization and market-oriented businesses.
