How do you spend your weekend amid your busy schedule?

I spend as much time with my children as possible and also play sports.

What are your hobbies?

In the summer golf, tennis and hiking. In the winter skiing, vacation trips, and the gym.

What is the saying that you like the most and why?

We are the masters of our own destiny. I believe that whatever we do in this life will echo in eternity. I hope that my children would say one day that their father was a good, responsible and honest man.

Who is your icon? Which living person do you most admire?

Roger Federer. But the person I most admire is my wife because of her ability to see all the good things in life during difficult times.

What book are you reading now?

I am reading a golf book by John Daly-My Life in and out of the Rough-an amusing story about one of golf's legends.

What is your favorite book?

My favorite book is Unknown Soldier, a Finnish book about the brave efforts to keep Finland independent during World War II.

What is your idea of perfect happiness?

A balance in life between family, work and hobbies. However, it is not very easy to achieve in the modern world.

What is your greatest fear?

That something bad would happen to my children.

What are the qualities you most admire in a man?

Loyalty, trustworthiness, honesty and determination.

What do you value the most in your friends?

I have a few trustworthy friends who will stick with me through thick and thin, so I guess what I value the most is our two-way ability to show respect for each other.

What do you dislike most about your appearance?

A broken nose I received while playing ice hockey.

What do you consider your greatest achievements?

My children, my marriage and some great turnaround projects in my business career.
