The country's property sector remained stable in 2019 amid tailored housing regulations for different cities.

As of the end of November, work started on 3.15 million sets of houses for shanty town renovation, surpassing the goal of 2.89 million sets for this year, according to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

In terms of regulating the development of public rental housing, 71 large and medium-sized cities declared 80,000 units in their cities.
