Is it easy to find an English-teaching job in China?

It is rare for public middle schools to employ foreigners as language teachers due to the high salary that they must pay. But many private schools are ready to do so in order to recruit more students!

So middle schools impose a tight schedule on their learners. They have their timetables chock-a-block full with lessons and an extra lesson for oral English is difficult to incorporate. That may be a reason why Chinese students' oral English is so poor.
