Part Four: from Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368) to Qing Dynasty (1644-1911)

Young tea leaves caught on among common people and the method of making tea was also changed from boiling tea leaves to pouring the tea leaves with boiling water.

Clay teapots were regarded as the best pots for making tea because it can preserve the aroma of tea leaves and present the richest color.

Yixing purple clay teapots were believed to be the best and until now Yixing teapots are still tea lovers' favorite.
