Located at the eastern wing of Huli Wanda Plaza and along Xianyue Road, a new financial center is taking shape with a planned investment of 2 billion yuan from Xiamen ITG Holding Co., Ltd, Xiamen ITG Group Co., Ltd and Taiwan-based Long Bon International Co. Ltd.
Covering a planned construction area of 250,000 square meters, the ITG Financial Center will have a '门' -shaped appearance. '门' in Chinese literally means door. It carries good wishes of opening the door of Xiamen and the Haixi area (western coast of the Taiwan Straits) to the world.
The financial center will have two 137-meter tall office buildings once complete. The southern building will be exclusively used by Xiamen ITG Group Co., Ltd., while the northern building will go on sale.
The center is expected to be capped by the end of this year and put into operation in 2017.

The 30-floor center will have a garden on the fifth floor, and an in-the-air corridor will be built to connect the two buildings between the 27th and 30th floors. The center will have an ITFC Mall covering 60,000 square meters.
On March 28th, a demonstration ceremony for the center was held.
Mr. Chen Jinming, vice president of Xiamen ITG Holding Co., Ltd and CEO of Xiamen ITG Group Co., Ltd, said the center will be a landmark in financial development for the Haixi Economic Circle.
