The lychee afternoon tea menu is based on Western delicacies and includes Lychee Martini Soup, Tartlet with King Crab Meat and Fresh Lychee, Prawn Salad with Fresh Lychee and Nuts, Smoked Salmon, Dill Cream Cheese with Bagel, Tomato and Basil Bruschetta, Fish Finger with Lychee Sweet Sour Sauce, and Vol-au-Vent with Wild Mushroom, Garlic and Thyme.
There are also many choices in Asian style, including Egg Roll with Roasted Duck and Fresh Lychee, BBQ Chicken Drumstick with Sweet Chili Sauce, Lychee Pork, and Spring Roll with Fresh Prawn and many more.
From the dessert perspective, the pastry team continues the good reputation of Shangri La sweets with Fresh Lychee Tart, Lychee Mousse Cake, Lychee Jello, Panna Cotta with Fresh Lychee, Sago with Fresh Lychee, Choux Pastry with Lychee Cream, and Oatmeal with Fresh Lychee and Yogurt.
