Shangshudi, also called Five Blessings Hall, is situated in Futang Lane, Second Shengli Street in Taining county, Fujian province. It served as a residence for Li Chunye, minister of Board of Martial Affairs in the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). Built during the Tianqi Era (1621-1627), the well-structured residence is the largest and most completed Ming Dynasty building. It is now under the national protection.

Yuhua Cave is at the foot of Tianjie Mountain, 7 miles to the south of Jiangle county, Fujian’s Sanming city. The cave is famous for its smooth and glimmering rocks. The 5-mile cave, 2 miles long in its main cave, is the longest limestone karst cave in Fujian province.

Geshikao Mangrove Natural Reserve is situated in Yuanxiaohu village, 30 miles to the southwest of Sanming city in Fujian province. The reserve boosts a forestry area of about 666.67 hectares, with a timber volume of more than 200,000 cubic meters. The rarely-seen mangrove forestry is one of the largest natural mangrove forestry areas in the world. It was listed as a national natural reserve in 1964 by the Ministry of Forestry.
