Applying for a Sino-foreign joint venture

1. Investment agreement signed by each party

2. Project feasibility study and approval letter

3. Contract, procedure, and transit documents of relevant department

4. Asset evaluation of State-owned asset management department to be submitted if the Chinese party uses State-owned assets in investment

5. Proof of origin of capital of Chinese party

6. Business license of each investor or other relevant certificates

7. Foreign-investor’s credit certification (balance sheet of last three years or bank certificate)

8. List of board of directors and appointment letter from directors of each joint venture involved

9. Production and management land using the certificate (or a copy)

10. Company name approval

11. Environmental protection approval (for a project that could cause pollution)
