Chef Richard Zhao and his team from InterContinental Beijing Beichen present their guests with hot dish options consisting of palatable seafood soup, creamy mushroom soup with truffle oil, and barley and vegetable soup with Italian bacon.

No fire, no smoke, you may cook like a chef and enjoy a fun cooking process at your table! Shrimp turns red and vegetables smell nice in a few minutes by stirring them with a pot of high temperature stones. Then pour hot fish-bone and tomato broth over them and cover the copper pot for two minutes to strengthen its rich flavor and keep the seafood delicate and tender in taste. This signature dish features rich and healthy ingredients, including shrimp, baby squid, scallop, mussel, shrimp, asparagus, mushroom, potatoes and fennel root. And now, enjoy!
