Jumping off a cliff 1,458 meters above sea level is all a part of the game for those participating in this year's World Wingsuit Championship in Zhangjiajie, China.

Using a special jumpsuit called a wingsuit, 16 divers from 11 countries around the world will compete in the championships from Sept 8 to 10, jumping from the Yuhu Peak, the highest part of Tianmen Mountain in Hunan province.

Tourists will be able to share the breathtaking moments when divers fly at more than 160 km/h over cable cars ferrying passengers to or from the mountain top, according to local media.

Tianmen Mountain has become the spot to hold the diving championship since 2012. This year marks the sixth competition of wingsuit flying -- one of the most challenging of the world's extreme sports -- in China.
