Khloe Kardashian 'X Factor' diet

Khloe Kardashian is on a new diet for the 'The X Factor' USA.

The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star - who landed the job of co-host on the reality show alongside Mario Lopez - has admitted she is not happy with her current weight and is hoping to slim down by eating less of her favourite treats.

She told People.com: "When I used to do things like crash diet or things too fast, it never stuck because it wasn't a lifestyle change. So for this, I'm working out consistently like three to five days a week. It's been harder. But I'm just changing my diet slowly.

"I tried to cut out a lot of sweets. And I love cheese. [Cheese] is not a sweet, but I don't care. Cheese on anything, I don't care. [I] binge eat and cry."

But the curvy 28-year-old - whose husband is Los Angeles Clippers star Lamar Odom - said that she believes she will always struggle to stay trim despite regularly exercising with her personal trainer.

She said: "It's always going to be a lifelong thing for me. And I'm not where I want to be."

Khloe recently acknowledged on twitter that it will take some time to perfect her presenting skills but is confident she will get better as the series continues.

She said: "Each night has a different format, and now that I have experienced both I am confident that I will only get better over time, but I couldn't have done ANY of this without the support, positive shoves and love from all of you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me the courage to do this. I love you madly!!!! (sic)"
