Boeing Co announced 50 optional orders of 737 Max from Hainan Airlines, the fourth largest carrier in China, at Farnborough Air Show in the UK on Wednesday.
The new orders worthing over $5.1 billion based on the listing price will be used to replace the carrier's current narrow-body fleet.
