Casper Tollerud, founder and CEO of Leemian Shanghai, described the CIIE as a key springboard for overseas tech firms to enter the Chinese market. The Danish green environmental tech cluster will set up in Miaohang Town, drawn by Baoshan's industrial foundation and business environment as a national low-carbon demonstration zone.
"More than 80 percent of Danish green tech firms that entered China earlier are still operating steadily here, which gives us full confidence in rooting in Baoshan," Tollerud noted. The cluster will bring in low-carbon tech enterprises from multiple countries to build up Baoshan's green industrial ecosystem.
Capitalizing on its riverside geographic advantage, Baoshan also launched an enterprise global services hub. The one-stop platform integrates resources from representative offices, financial institutions, and industry leaders to support enterprises in both inward investment and overseas expansion.
