Jingdezhen, China's "capital of porcelain", has transformed into a vibrant global hub of pop culture and youth creative movement. By fusing thousands of years of master craftsmanship with pop culture, the city has reinvented its ancient heritage into an accessible lifestyle trend driven by Gen-Z creators.

On July 25, the Jingdezhen Handicraft Porcelain Industry Sites were inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, becoming China's 61st World Heritage site and the first centered on porcelain.

In recent months, in a groundbreaking fusion of ancient intangible cultural heritage and modern digital culture, prominent virtual singer Luo Tianyi launched a landmark cultural campaign in collaboration with the China Jingdezhen Porcelain Factory (Hongye Porcelain) to mark her 14th anniversary.

The centerpiece of this milestone partnership was the world's first life-sized, full-ceramic statue of Luo Tianyi. Crafted by an expert team led by national arts and crafts master Huang Jingzang, the statue leverages traditional Doucai overglaze porcelain techniques, bringing the digital icon to life with the warm, translucent texture of genuine porcelain.
