Guizhou to supervise probe into poisoning and asphyxiation accident that left four dead

Guizhou's work safety authorities will supervise an investigation into a poisoning and asphyxiation accident that killed four people in Guiyang, the provincial capital, on Thursday, according to an official notice.
The accident occurred at Huarui Calcium Industry Co Ltd in Qingzhen, a county-level city administered by Guiyang, the Guizhou Provincial Work Safety Commission said.
The commission instructed Guiyang authorities to promptly investigate the cause of the accident, determine responsibility and propose penalties for those responsible.
The investigation report will be made public after being reviewed by the provincial work safety commission's office, the notice said.
