He believes filling that gap in knowledge represents the future market. "Agarwood has only just begun," he said.
Hang has signed strategic cooperation agreements with other major agarwood companies in Hainan.
"Ten years ago, all agarwood products could fit in a 10-square-meter room. Today, you couldn't fit them in a large exhibition hall. The market is still in its infancy. It's big enough for everyone," he said.
