Designed around a comprehensive curriculum, the program combines vocal technique, music theory, stage performance and artistic interpretation. Courses cover Chinese art songs, traditional vocal repertoire and opera excerpts, with instruction delivered by renowned singers, composers, conductors and musicologists.

Project director Rong Shijie said the initiative provides an important national platform for artistic exchange and professional development, helping foster performers who combine strong technical ability with cultural depth while contributing to the continued evolution of Chinese national vocal music.

Wu Bixia, head of the conservatory's vocal and opera department, emphasized artistic exchange and continuous learning. The training will conclude with three public concerts showcasing participants' achievements.
