BEIJING -- The Chinese mainland is glad to see performing artists visit Taiwan and engage with local audiences, a mainland spokesman said on Wednesday.
Chen Binhua, spokesman for the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, made the remarks in response to a media query about a mainland actor's participation in a recent cross-Strait forum.
