As the Tiantan Award jury president, Juliette Binoche noted that while new technologies bring both opportunities and challenges, the essence of a great film still lies in a compelling story. She also shared her deep appreciation for Chinese culture.
Fellow juror Simon Franglen, known for his work on the Avatar franchise and Titanic, highlighted how AI is expanding the possibilities of music creation. Yet, he emphasized that human creativity remains at the heart of powerful film scores.
