Florence, a hub of commerce, intellect and craftsmanship, played a defining role in the Renaissance. Its artistic legacy from that pivotal period in human history is preserved at the Uffizi Galleries, whose collections have been exhibited in China on several occasions.
Now, in partnership with the National Art Museum of China, and with the support of Ningxia Yanbao Charitable Foundation, the Uffizi is bringing 36 masterpieces of the Italian Renaissance to Beijing.
