Xia Hua, a deputy to China's 14th National People's Congress, reflected on her work over the past year.
She highlighted efforts to promote rural vitalization by turning traditional craftsmanship into income opportunities for villagers, while exploring new models that combine agriculture, culture and tourism.
Xia also shared how AI-assisted design platforms are enabling embroiderers and consumers to co-create products and helping preserve traditional patterns and craftsmanship.
Looking ahead to this year's two sessions, Xia said she will continue focusing on boosting integrated consumption, developing rural industries and advancing the digital transformation of traditional sectors.
