Chinese writers share their prized works

Steeped in tradition, Chinese literature is entering a new chapter as contemporary Chinese writers continue to incorporate the new into the old. The 7th International Sinologists Conference on Translating Chinese Literature, held in late July in Nanjing, Jiangsu province, gathered 39 Sinologists from 31 countries and 39 Chinese writers for in-depth exchanges.
China Daily website spoke with award-winning writers, including Bi Feiyu, Xu Zechen, and Liang Hong, to learn about the books that they are most proud of and would like to share with readers around the world. Check out the video to learn more.
