Several members from universities, cultural institutions and creative enterprises nationwide have begun the first weeklong training session of their studies at the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing.

During the session, lectures are given by teachers from leading design schools and art professionals who aim to open minds to better design and smart management at a faster pace in these changing times.

The three training sessions, organized by the CAFA as a China National Arts Fund program, will run until the end of the year. They aim to boost research in design and the management of cultural enterprises, as well as cultivate designers and manage the talent pool to provide consistent academic and industry impetus for the country.
