On June 14, the third stop of the "Folk Song Journey Across Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei-Shanxi-Inner Mongolia", the Hebei folk song appreciation session, kicked off at the Hebei Library in Shijiazhuang, Hebei province.

Jointly organized by the Capital Library of China, in conjunction with Tianjin Library, Hebei Library, Shanxi Library, and Inner Mongolia Library, the event, themed "Chinese Music - Everlasting Folk Songs", drew over 200 attendees and surpassed 100,000 online viewers.

Hebei Library, as a national first-tier library, has long embraced the mission of inheriting regional culture. Leveraging the library's distinctive music and art resources, the event showcased the historical depth and artistic value of Hebei folk songs through an innovative form of "reading + music", highlighting the significant role of public cultural institutions in the preservation, dissemination of regional culture, and promoting nationwide reading.
