In a concerted effort to deepen the cultural bonds between China and Vietnam and forge stronger connections among their people, a joyous celebration unfolded along the China-Vietnam border river in Dongxing city, South China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, on Sunday morning.

This year commemorates the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Vietnam.

Artists from both nations gathered to partake in the festivities and utilize art as a bridge to craft a new narrative in Sino-Vietnamese relations.

The event featured an exhibition space dedicated to showcasing intangible cultural heritage from the two countries, attracting tourists from both sides.

Dongxing in China and Vietnam's Mong Cai are intertwined by mountains and rivers, fostering a shared bond among their residents.

Since being designated as international friendly cities in 2015, these two urban hubs have made remarkable progress in strengthening infrastructure connectivity, fostering robust economic and trade ties and promoting collaboration across multiple sectors.
