Dalian Forest Zoo in Dalian, Liaoning province, celebrated the 16th birthday of giant panda Miaoyin on Sunday, drawing fans and visitors from across the country who gathered early at her enclosure to shower the beloved animal with birthday wishes.

Born in 2010, Miaoyin has won the hearts of countless tourists and netizens with her expressive face and playful, mischievous personality.
