Professor Sheriff Ghali Ibrahim, in his keynote speech, stressed the significance of fostering harmony and mutual learning based on the historical connections between China and Nigeria. He highlighted elements of China's development model that Nigeria and Africa could emulate, including the harmonious leadership of the Communist Party of China, a people-focused development strategy, independence, self-reliance, reforms and modernization.
