Construction site accident leaves 7 dead in Shanxi

Seven people have been found dead after an accident that occurred at a construction site in Anze county, Shanxi province, around 10 pm on Friday, Xinhua News Agency reported on Saturday.

Model facilities for supporting concrete pouring at a corridor detached, which caused the scaffolding to collapse, leading six workers and one concrete pump truck commander fall to the bottom and get buried by concrete.

Local authorities have mobilized all efforts to rescue them.
