Grill 79 in Beijing announced the upcoming visit of Rodrigo de la Calle, a Michelin-starred chef and a member of the Best 50 restaurant chefs.

To Mark the event the restaurant will showcase, from June 15-18, an extraordinary culinary journey featuring an exquisite eight-course Mediterranean menu. Calle's cuisine is thoughtfully curated, highlighting the use of healthy and fresh ingredients such as seafood, vegetables, and herbs.

He is widely recognized for his culinary exploration and experimentation with superfoods. He has gained acclaim for his plant-based creations, simulating classic sauces like demi-glace or animal broths using only vegetables.

His own restaurant, El Invernadero, nestled in the Sierra Madrilena mountains, is one of a few restaurants with both a Michelin Star and Michelin Green Star.

To conclude the meal, guests will be delighted by the dessert course, featuring Brandy Cookie in Custard with Honey Air, offering a sweet and memorable finale to this gastronomic journey.
