To celebrate its fifth anniversary after being established in People's Square, the Shanghai History Museum recently opened its courtyards to the public and is holding an exhibition featuring Shanghai School paintings.

The exhibition kicked off on March 31 and will run until May 28. A total of 95 works from Anhui Museum, Nanjing Museum and Zhejiang Provincial Museum are on display, which is the largest number of fine relics to have been exhibited in recent years at the Shanghai History Museum.

Shanghai School is a style of Chinese art created during the late 19th century in Shanghai.
