The 2022 "Chinese Bridge Chinese Proficiency Competition - Calligraphy and Painting Challenge" received many entries featuring the Chinese Lunar New Year from Chinese language lovers worldwide. A total of 839 calligraphy and painting works from 63 countries and 793 people were received.
The contestants expressed their understanding and perception of the Chinese Lunar New Year through their works. According to the jury and public voting, the calligraphy group and the painting group selected 5 Best Technique Awards, 5 Best Presentation Awards, 5 Most Creative Awards, 5 Most Potential Awards and 5 Internet Popularity Awards as well as 5 Popular Influencers Awards.
All contributors will receive an electronic certificate for the "Chinese Bridge Chinese Proficiency Competition - Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition".
The event consisted of two themes: "Mid-Autumn Festival" and "Lunar New Year". A total of 1,264 people from 88 countries participated and 1,335 works were received.
