"Under the very difficult circumstances in Jinggang Mountains at that time, the Party was still able to seize effective resources to carry out revolutionary struggle activities. Facing the current economic construction and social development, we should also learn to carry out effective work based on local conditions," he said.

Du Dongyun, vice-president of the South-Central University for Nationalities in Wuhan, Hubei province, said the session made him understand that Party members should insist on serving the people.
