'Cradle of the Chinese revolution' becomes tourism hot spot ahead of CPC's anniversary
"People from all over the country come here," Jiao said, adding that people feel encouraged to overcome difficulties in lives after learning what the revolutionary ancestors sacrificed for their ideals and beliefs.
Located on the Jinggang Mountains, the China Executive Leadership Academy of Jinggangshan, is one of three executive leadership academies in China that offer short-term training session for Party members in China.
"Party officials can draw wisdom and strength from the Party's history," said Mei Liming, vice-president of the academy.
Put into use in 2005, it conducts education in the field of CPC history, Party-building theory, revolutionary tradition and basic national conditions for Party and government officials, enterprise managers, specialists and military officers.
The training session features on-site visits, lectures, audio-video teaching, case studies, interviews, social programs and symposiums.
