Chongqing celebrates its signature cuisine with hotpot festival

The festival also has on exhibit a giant hotpot cultural wall that is made of three tons of hotpot seasoning, depicting the origin and development of Chongqing hotpot. According to the organizing committee, the hotpot wall will be recycled after the three-day exhibition.
