Chongqing celebrates its signature cuisine with hotpot festival

On Oct 16, the 12th China (Chongqing) Hotpot and Food Culture Festival kicks off in Chongqing. [Photo provided to chinadaily.com.cn]

Statistics from the customs show that, in 2019, a total of 900 tons of Chongqing hotpot spicy soup base were exported to 22 countries and regions, with a total value of 3.28 million yuan.
