China's Jilin appoints new Party chief for Shulan city

CHANGCHUN - Zhang Jinghui, vice mayor of Jilin City of northeast China's Jilin Province, will concurrently hold the post of secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Shulan municipal committee, according to a decision by the CPC Jilin provincial committee Friday.
Zhang was appointed to replace Li Pengfei, according to the decision.
