Former Party chief of Shaanxi province, Zhao Zhengyong, and former deputy governor of Shaanxi, Chen Guoqiang, were arrested over bribery charges, said the nation's top anti-graft watchdog, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, on Wednesday.
