Three trapped after Harbin construction site collapse

Three people are trapped after a collapse during the construction of a sewerage system in Northeast China's Heilongjiang province, local authorities said.
The collapse occurred at about 10 am on Monday in Harbin's Acheng district when five people were working at the site. Four were trapped and one was rescued and sent to a hospital.
The local government started emergency response immediately after the accident. Personnel involved in the rescue operation include firefighters, first aid staff and public security. Rescue work and further investigation into the cause of the accident are underway.
