Digital party-building a new trend, forum says

During an interview, Christopher Magalla, a senior official of Tanzania's ruling party, Party of the Revolution, appreciated China's contributions to African countries that have "woken up" the West to pay more attention to assist the development of Africa. Magalla said learning from China's successful experience of socialism with Chinese characteristics, Tanzania has developed its own path.
