1 killed, 4 trapped in bank building collapse

One person was confirmed dead and four others are still trapped after a bank's office building collapsed Monday morning in Northeast China's Jilin province, local authorities said.
Rescuers have rescued four people, who were injured in the collapse. They are still searching for the four trapped, according to the government of the city of Baicheng.
The building of a branch of the Baicheng Rural Commercial Bank, which was under renovation, collapsed at about 6 am. The bank had suspended operations before the collapse.
More than 110 people have participated in the rescue work. The four injured are being treated in hospital and are in stable conditions.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
