Flavors of Asia take pride of plate
A special Southeast Asia Food festival is being held at Mercedes Me until the end of September. Singaporean seafood rice noodles are a standout dish. The soup is made with fried, dried shrimp and coconut cream. Hainan chicken rice is another highlight. The chicken is cooked for hours while the rice is prepared with the chicken soup.
