The Ministry of Public Security issued the second batch of A-level warrants for 50 most-wanted fugitives suspected of major crimes on Tuesday.

According to the ministry, all 50 suspects were involved with intentional homicide, kidnapping, illegal manufacturing of explosives, mafia-like gangs, telecom and internet fraud and illegal usurping of public deposits.

The ministry has released all of the suspects' birth dates, heights, postures, photos and addresses, as well as their IDs and suspected crimes.

The ministry called on the public to report clues to the police. Those who offer useful information and help to arrest the listed criminal suspects will be awarded 100,000 yuan ($14,500) for each seized fugitive.

Since the first batch of 50 most-wanted fugitives warrants issued in this June, 28 of them have been caught by the police.

The warrants were issued as part of a special nationwide campaign, named Yunjian, which was launched by the ministry on June 13 and will last until the end of October.

Since the campaign was launched, police have arrested more than 180,000 fugitives across the country, increasing by 40 percent year-on-year.

The ministry said it will continue to intensify efforts to hunt down the fugitives, and capture all those fugitives of the list as soon as possible. Again, the inistry urged the fugitives to make the right decision to surrender and voluntarily turn themselves in to receive lenient punishments.
