Malubianbian gets fifth outlet
Chengdu's Malubianbian, a Sichuan hotpot restaurant, is launching its fifth branch outlet in Beijing. Its signature tender fresh beef is shipped from Chengdu. Its Sichuan sausage and preserved meat are both must-tries. They have more flavor after they are boiled in a spicy soup base for a while.
The two dipping sauces are traditional Sichuan flavors - one is sesame oil with oyster sauce and minced garlic, and the other one is chili powder and minced peanuts.
