Huaiyang cuisine looks as good as it tastes
The Marco Polo Flower Ocean Theme Park in Yangzhou is the venue for the Grand Canal Food Carnival from May 3 to 6.
The indoor exhibition area showcases the culinary heritage from Jiangsu’s 13 cities with subordinate districts as well as other six provinces and cities along the Grand Canal, which include 230 notable dishes and 40 iconic food, regarded as signature delicacies of cities. Visitors can have a close understanding of the rich Grand Canal food culture in the exhibition.
