Suzhou Design week shows city in a new light

Meanwhile, various activities were organized in Suzhou’s taohuawu area, shopping malls, tourist attractions and campuses, which attracted visitors to buy cultural and creative products, appreciate the exhibits and enjoy local snacks.

The design week was an attempt by Suzhou to revive the city, upgrade its industry and create a sense of well-being for its people through cooperating with Venice in Italy and other foreign cities.

Students from local colleges and universities also displayed their design works.

Meanwhile, some popular activities will continue to be held even though design week has ended.
