The French singer Monique Andree Serf, whose stage name was Barbara, has been one of the French virtuosos to be with Juliette Binoche all her life. Until today, Binoche still holds deep respect for Barbara. Juliette Binoche is a famous French actress, who will star in the music drama Vaille Que Vivre with French pianist Vincent Leterme to cherish the memory of Barbara, and to evoke her beautiful lyrics, music and singing on stage. Barbara was born in a Jewish family in Paris, and became homeless at the age of 10, when Germany occupied France during World War II. After the war ended, her neighbor, a music professor, overhearing her singing, became interested and helped her develop musical talents. She was offered to take vocal music lessons and learn the piano. Later, she was admitted to the Ecole Superieure de Musique, but she gave up music study over her failure to pay tuition fees and started to sing at a popular cabaret in Paris.

Philadelphia born soul singer Bilal is one of the most dynamic artists today, an eclectic drawing from gospel, jazz, soul, blues, and hip-hop. He made his major label debut with 2001's First Born Second. The cd sold over 300,000 copies. Bilal's sophomore recording Love For Sale leaked to the internet before its official release and had over half a million downloads. The year of 2010 saw Air Tights' Revenge, which yielded the Grammy nominated "Little Ones". In Feb 2013, Bilal released A Love Surreal, which has already garnered critical acclaim, being named as one of "People Magazines" top ten albums of the year." And in 2015 he released his most celebrated project of his career, "In Another Life", produced entirely by retro soul producer Adrian Young.

Stallion Music Festival: Sainkho Kosmos 'Lost River' Concert

Sainkho Namtchylak (born 1957) is a singer originally from Tuva, an autonomous republic in the Russian Federation just north of Mongolia. She is known for her Tuvan throat singing or Khoomei. She is proficient in overtone singing; her music encompasses avant-jazz, electronica, modern composition and Tuvan influences. Quietly she studied the overtone singing, as well as the shamanic traditions of the region, before leaving for study further in Moscow (Tuva was, at that time, part of the USSR). Her degree completed, she returned to Tuva where she became a member of Sayani, the Tuvan state folk ensemble, before abandoning it to return to Moscow and joining the experimental Tri-O, where her vocal talents and sense of melodic and harmonic adventure could wander freely.

Shanghai Dramatic Arts Centre Shang Yang Directed by Chen Xinyi

In the Warring States Period, a concubine of Prince of Wei State gives birth to a newborn boy (Wei Yang). The prince invites the sorcerer to make divination for this newborn boy. The sorcerer concludes that this newborn boy will be an evil descendant. As a result, the concubine and her newborn are abandoned to the wilderness. Ten years later, Jing Jian (courtier of the Qin State) is sent on a diplomatic mission to the Wei State. Jing Jian and Gongshu Cuo (General of the Wei State) come to the bank of Xihe River and find this boy. At the first glance, Jin Jian appreciates this clever boy, and he wants to take the boy to the Qin State and personally adopt him. But the general Gongshu Cuo arbitrarily takes the boy Wei Yang away, and forces Wei Yang's foster mother Ji Niang to break with Wei Yang. In order to ensure Wei Yang's bright future, Ji Niang cuts out her eyes, and vows not to see Wei Yang again. Wei Yang is taken to Wei State. Then Gongshu Cuo orders him to accompany the son of King of the Wei State (Prince Ang) to attend school.
