Tianjin engineers, nurses carry on in heat wave

This year, Tianjin has experienced the highest summer temperatures in a decade, with a peak of 41 C. But that hasn't stopped engineers and nurses, who still continue their hard work, from serving the needy and helping conserve power to maintaining residential buildings and ensuring airplane safety.
