On Sunday, Thai blogger Patomporn Ruyun visited Yulong (Jade Dragon) Snow Mountain in Lijiang, Yunnan province, where he embraced the challenge of doing push-ups.

Ruyun completed 20 push-ups at an altitude of 4,680 meters and described the challenge as "not that difficult". He noted that reaching the mountain was quite convenient, as there is a cable car and then just a short walk to the top.

Ruyun is one of the 10 Thai bloggers exploring Southwest China's Yunnan province, where they are delving into the local cuisine, breathtaking landscapes, and cultural heritage.

They explored Kunming and Lijiang over the weekend and are now continuing their journey in Shangri-La from Monday to Wednesday, with the aim of deepening their understanding of Yunnan and promoting the region to audiences in Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries.
