Eating with the In-laws

Jeff 's Cuisine is translated from the Chinese name for this Hunan restaurant, as its Chinese name means "brother-in-law's dishes". In Hunan province, there is a tradition that the brother-in-laws are in charge of handling the family meals and cook for the family. Jeff's signature dish is steamed fish head in chili sauce, which tastes even better when the rice noodles are dipped in the sauce and eaten together with the fish. Other traditional Hunan snacks such as fermented bean curd and sweet dumplings are also worth a try.
